AES (Accelerated Enrollment
Solutions, site-dedicated)
Commitment. Dedication. Goal-driven focus. These are some of the qualities that create successful results, as anyone on our AES team could tell you. We provide monitoring and related activities at a single client site, or a small cluster of client sites, most of which are based within commuting distance of a hub site. By helping fewer clients, we can provide more quality and better outcomes for our clients, and ultimately, for the patients they serve. So can you.
best-fit characteristics
Are you striving to broaden your CRA skills? You may find a good opportunity to do so with the AES team. While we serve a limited number of sites, you have the opportunity to help clients with multiple protocols and therapeutic areas, thus increasing your opportunities for exposure to new facets of our industry and organization.
Your attributes and experience
Representing PPD means you’ll need the skills and experience that all of our CRAs must possess to succeed, including a degree in pharmacy, life science or related; three or more years of experience with a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO company; one or more years of independent clinical-monitoring experience; and a background in clinical trials.
Skills you can attain here
Within AES, you can gain broader therapeutics and indication experience. You can work through multiple project phases and increase your exposure to study start-ups. You’ll also get to know the site, build strong relationships and be responsible for all of the PPD work coming into the site.
