Your attributes and experience
To succeed in Biotech, you should be an experienced CRA with well-developed communication skills and experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. We’ll value your ability to innovate, challenge, and work at a rapid pace with confidence and agility. In addition, we look for strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to take an enterprise-wide, collaborative approach, and the skills required to manage upward. We also recommend that you complete the Biotech University course to ensure your understanding of our area within PPD.
